Stefan Jütte

Stefan Jütte (born April 21, 1946 in Leipzig ) is a German manager and CEO of Deutsche Postbank AG from 2009 to 2012 .

Life

From 1964, Jütte completed an apprenticeship as a savings bank clerk at Stadtsparkasse Hildesheim, and in 1971 passed his state-certified business administration exam. He later studied at the University of Göttingen and received his commercial diploma in 1975.

After working for banks, he got a position on the board of the Sparkasse Münster in 1990 and in 1994 at DSL Bank in Bonn. After the DSL Bank was sold to Postbank in 1999, moved Jütte in 2000 the Management Board of Deutsche Postbank AG and was there in 2012 from 1 July 2009 to 30 June CEO .
