Stefan Rahl

Stefan Rahl was the leader of the farmers of the Weißenau monastery in the German Peasants' War of 1525. Rahl persuaded the farmers in the area to join the sea ​​heap .

Naming

The Rahlenhof in Ravensburg still bears the name Rahls today, who built a farm on this site as a tenant of the Weißenau monastery.

In 2008, as part of the merger of the secondary schools in Obereschach and Oberzell (City of Ravensburg), the primary school in Obereschach was renamed the Stefan Rahl School.

In Weingarten , Stefan-Rahl-Straße is named after him.
