Stefan Schulz-Hardt

Stefan Schulz-Hardt (* 1967 ) is a German psychologist.

Schulz-Hardt studied psychology at the Christian Albrechts University in Kiel . After his diploma thesis in 1993 on the conditions of conflict escalation and de-escalation, he wrote a dissertation on escape from reality in decision-making processes , with which he was awarded a doctorate in 1996 in Kiel. phil. received his doctorate . He then continued to work at the Institute for Psychology at the University of Kiel.

In 1998 he moved to the Institute for Psychology at the Chair of Social Psychology at the Ludwig Maximilians University in Munich as a research assistant , where he qualified as a professor in 2002 .

In 2003 Schultz-Hardt was appointed professor for social and financial psychology at the Technical University of Dresden ; since 2004 he has been professor for work, economic and social psychology at the Georg-August-Universität Göttingen .
