Job clearing

Job clearing means job evaluation and job reorganization within the framework of internal recruitment . It is based on a systematic exchange of information between executives and the employees of the HR department to identify potential candidates. The advantage is that managers can assess the potential; However, subjective influences such as departmental egoism or sympathy can have a disadvantageous effect on the assessment.
