Stephen Biraahwa

Stephen Biraahwa is a Ugandan politician ( National Resistance Movement ). He has been the political ruler in the Buliisa province since 2006 (currently February 2011) .

Biraahwa is massively committed to the promotion of oil in his province and is also a member of the commodities committee.
