Stephen Skinner (politician)

Stephen Skinner is an American politician of the Democratic Party .

Life

Skinner studied law and worked as a lawyer after graduating. In November 2012, Skinner succeeded John Doyle as a member of the House of Representatives from West Virginia . In 2016 Skinner lost his re-election to Republican politician Patricia Rucker .
