Stetten (Heimerdingen)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Stetten is a desert on the mark of the district Heimerdingen of the city of Ditzingen .

The name of the location by Stetten is mentioned for the first time in 1424 in the Leonberger Amtslagerbuch . The name is derived from Hofstätten . After giving up as a living space , a large shelter or a large cattle shed remained for the cattle grazing on the Zelg milking garden . Today the Stettebrunnen still reminds of the abandoned settlement.
