Steubenstrasse was laid out in the 1930s. It connects Brucknerallee and Gartenstrasse.

The two - storey semi - villa with a hipped roof was built in 1934. In connection with the buildings in the surrounding residential area, the high-quality residential building assumes an important function and is worth protecting as a characteristic example of traditional construction from the 1930s.
