Tax law (Austria)

The tax law of the Republic of Austria is that part of the law that is devoted to the sum of the regulations on public finance. In addition to substantive tax law, financial equalization law , financial constitution law, budget law with the regulations on cash management, asset and debt management and monopoly law are also included. Tax law is systematically assigned to public law and here to administrative law . In addition, there are system-related close relationships with commercial and corporate law .

Tax law in Austria is not summarized in a uniform body of law, but is divided into a large number of individual laws and individual provisions in federal law, state law and municipal law.
