Sthenelos (son of Aegyptus)
Sthenelos ( ancient Greek Σθένελος Sthénelos ) is one of the 50 sons of Aigyptus , the twin brother of Danaos , in Greek mythology .
In the mass wedding of the Aegyptus sons with the daughters of Danaos, Sthenelos married the Sthenele . While in most of the other marriages of the 50 daughters of Danaos, the Danaids , with the 50 sons of Aegyptus the lot decided on the pairing, in this connection the similarity of names was decisive.
