The bullring Alcúdia ( Plaça de Toros Alcudia in Catalan ) is a bullring in the Spanish city of Alcúdia in the northern part of the Mediterranean island of Mallorca .

It is located northeast of the historic old town of Alcúdia at Calle de la Plaça de Toros 1 .

The circular bullring has around 3600 seats, making it the smallest of the five bullring on Mallorca. The arena is operated by the Alcúdia Taurina Association , which receives the facility from the city of Alcúdia as part of a concession. Due to the decline in bullfighting , however, the majority of the arena was already used in the 2000s for events that had nothing to do with bullfighting. Festivals and concerts take place here. If the respective organizer does not charge admission, he can use the arena free of charge, which means that neighborhood and cultural associations in particular also belong to the users.

In 2010, bullfights took place in the arena only once a year, with fights with young bulls being limited. In contrast, around 30 other events were held. Another bullfight took place on July 24, 2016, accompanied by protests by around 30 animal rights activists. A general ban on bullfighting in Mallorca is planned from September 2016.

There is a café in the arena that is also open outside of events.
