Stilton is a village in England and belongs to the county of Cambridgeshire . It used to be part of England's traditional county of Huntingdonshire . Stilton is on the A1 (M) south of Peterborough .

The name is mainly known for the Blue Stilton cheese , which was named after this town. The name is a designation of origin , but not associated with Stilton itself.
