execution

French press with SZ bar
  • The SZ dumbbell bar is gripped tightly in the overhand grip (when performing the exercise, the back of the hand points to the face).
  • Lying on your back, lift the bar over your head so that it is tilted slightly backwards and the triceps muscle is strained.
  • Slowly lower the bar from the elbow towards the forehead
  • Then the dumbbell is slowly moved back to the starting position.

To prevent a hollow back when performing, the feet can be placed on the flat bench. However, this requires a little more sense of balance than when you put your feet on the floor.
