It is located in the north-western part of the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site . It is registered as a residential building in the Quedlinburg monument register. To the west is the also listed building at Stobenstrasse 15 .
Architecture and history
The two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1800. The building, which towers above the surrounding buildings, has a mezzanine floor on the lower floor . The framework presents itself as regular and unadorned.
