Strüning is the family name of the following people:

  • Heinz Eberhard Strüning (1896–1986), German painter, graphic artist and pastel draftsman
  • Ulrike Hauröder-Strüning (* 1956), German geologist and President of the Federal Office for Infrastructure, Environmental Protection and Services of the Bundeswehr (BAIUDBw)
  • Wilhelm Strüning (1857–1937), German hat maker and member of the state parliament in the Free State of Waldeck
