Criminal Code (Estonia)

The Estonian Criminal Code (Estonian Karistusseadustik ) is the Estonian criminal law codification and the main source of the Estonian substantive criminal law. The code was passed on June 6, 2001 and entered into force on September 1, 2002 . The general part was influenced by German criminal law. The Estonian Criminal Code established the liability of legal persons. The offenses under the Code are felony and criminal offense .
