Streifzüge is a journal that is critical of capitalism and is published in Vienna under copyleft conditions . The Streifzüge website, which has existed since 2003, contains all contributions from the print editions as well as other articles.

The first print edition of the Streifzüge appeared in the spring of 1996. It was published by the Kritischer Kreis , a discussion group based on value criticism . Originally only intended as an information sheet, the forays developed into a conceptualized magazine in the following years. The Streifzüge currently appear three times a year with an edition of 1,500 copies. The motto is “irrelevant, worthless, beyond”, the subtitle is “Magazined lust for transformation”. Each issue is dedicated to one main topic, but also contains articles on other topics.

At the center of the radical criticism of capitalism is the mode of exploitation in all its forms: market, competition, exchange, purchase, money, goods, work. One calls for a "devaluation of values" on all sides. In addition to the criticism, the perspective resp. the question of the good life moved more and more into focus.
