Stubenalm

The Stubenalm is an alpine pasture in the Ramsauer Forst district in Ramsau near Berchtesgaden .

A Kaser of the Stubenalm is under monument protection and is registered under the number D-1-72-129-71 in the Bavarian monument list.

Building description

The Kaser of the Stubenalm, the Unteraschauerkaser , is a single-storey, combed block building on a broken stone base . The flat saddle roof is covered with leg shingles, the building was built in the second quarter of the 19th century.

Todays use

The Stubenalm is used for agriculture, two of the Kaser are served in the summer months.

location

The Stubenalm is located on the northern slope of the Watzmann , southeast over the Kappenwand at an altitude of 1140  m above sea level. NN .
