The System75 ear piercing system is the core product of Studex and consists of an ear piercing instrument and a disposable cartridge containing a sterile ear plug and a sterile poussette (closure). The disposable cartridge is placed on the instrument before the ear piercing process and disposed of after the piercing process. During the piercing process, the ear stud pierces the ear and automatically connects to the poussette. The successor earrings are marketed under the name Sensitive by Studex .
