Studio X-Gene

Studio X-Gene is a Taiwanese design studio headquartered in Taoyuan , Republic of China (Taiwan) .

Vehicle studies

The company presented the X-Coupé concept study at the 2005 Shanghai Auto Show .

In cooperation with Altair Engineering , the prototype Avant GT , a five-door hatchback sedan of the compact class with electric drive, was created, which was presented at the Auto Shanghai in 2011.

The Acer subsidiary MPS Energy and Studio X-Gene presented a quad called X Terran with an electric drive at the 2015 eCarTec in Munich . This vehicle with 8.7 kWh was awarded the eCarTec Award.

Studio X-Gene is also named in the context of the hybrid prototype X1 from Soueast , which was presented in 2018 .
