Fall birth

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Fall birth is a term used in forensic medicine . It refers to the child falling out of the mother's birth canal . If necessary, it is important to clarify the question of whether a newborn was injured or may have died as a result of a fall birth, or as a result of abuse by the mother or a third party.

A fall birth can also occur in connection with a precipitate birth , but the terms are not synonymous.
