Subaúma
The place Subaúma with the Praia de Subaúma is located approx. 150 km north of Salvador da Bahia in the state of Bahia in Brazil . The place can be reached on the Linha Verde and is located in the Entre Ríos district, which means something like between the rivers. These rivers are Joanes, Inhambupe and Itapicuru. There is a small tourist infrastructure in Subaúma with pensions and restaurants. The attraction of the place are the beautiful sandy beaches and offshore coral reefs.
In the south is the fishing village of Massarandupió with its dune formations and in the north, also in the Entre Rios district, is the beach town of Baixio .
