Summerauer Buam
The Summerauer Buam were an Austrian brass and folk music group from Summerau, municipality of Rainbach in the Mühlkreis in Upper Austria.
history
The Summerauer Buam were founded in the 1960s. They became one of the most popular music groups in Upper Austria in the 1960s and 1970s. Several records were subsequently recorded, mostly with their singer Romana. The musical repertoire of folk and brass music was similar to that of the Linz Buam . For this reason, the Summerauer Buam can also be seen as the Mühlviertel's answer to the Linz Buam.
