The Suncor Energy Center (also known as the Petro-Canada Center) is a two high-rise office complex in Calgary , Alberta Canada . The smaller building has 32 floors and the larger 53 floors. The complex is located in downtown Calgary. The larger building is the eighth tallest in Canada and the second tallest outside of Toronto. It was the largest office building in Calgary until 2011, when it was surpassed by the new skyscraper, The Bow, at 236 meters. Shops, cafés and restaurants can be found in the foyer of the building. The building is connected to the downtown Calgary Skywalk . The complex was also renamed through the privatization of Petro Canada and the takeover by Suncor Energy.
