Great comment

A super comment is a comment on a comment on a specific work. For example, numerous super commentaries on the writings of Aristotle and Averroes were written in the Middle Ages . Basic commentaries on religious scriptures ( Rashi's commentaries on the Tanakh and Talmud , works of Koran exegesis , etc.) have also received numerous super-commentaries.
