Supermono
The Super Mono -Rennklasse is a motorcycle racing class for prototype -Rennmotorräder with single cylinder - four-stroke engine with no restrictions in design , construction , allowing modifications . Since there are hardly any factory racing machines in this class (with the exception of Ducati Supermono and MuZ ), this racing class is a change from the increasing production classes that are used specifically for the marketing of manufacturers and their consumer products.
Regulations
Some of the motorcycles are derived from street machines. Only single-cylinder four-stroke petrol engines with a capacity of up to 800 cm³ may be installed. The weight must be at least 95 kg and the motorcycles must have a chain guard and a container for any motor fluids that may escape.
