Symbio Fcell is a French company founded in 2010 by Fabio Ferrari who was also General Manager.

It offers fuel cell systems ("kits") between 5 kW (7 HP) and over 300 kW (408 HP) for vehicles. It became famous for equipping the Renault Kangoo ZE H2 with a hybrid electric-hydrogen drive in 2015. In June 2019, almost 300 Kangoo ZE H2s are on the road in Europe.

Michelin has held shares in Symbio since April 2014 and Symbio has been a full subsidiary of Michelin since February 2019 , so the "kits" are assembled in a Michelin factory (IMECA). In March 2019 Michelin announced that it would set up a joint venture for fuel cell technology with Faurecia . The activities of Symbio will be transferred to the joint venture, which will in future be called Symbio, a Faurecia Michelin Hydrogen Company. In November 2019, the two companies announced further details about the joint venture: Fabio Ferrari remains managing director. Faurecia manager Guillaume Salvo becomes co-managing director.
