The synagogue in Ebenfurth , a town in the Wiener Neustadt-Land district in Lower Austria , was probably built in the 16th century.

The former synagogue was in Annagasse within the Jewish ghetto . The synagogue building was attached to the city wall and a fortified tower.

When the residential building at Annagasse 2 was demolished in 1994, the door frame of the synagogue on the northeast corner of the south wall of the building was recovered and, after the restoration, placed on the city wall. The Hebrew inscription in translation reads: "This is the gate to the Lord; righteous will enter it."
