The synagogue in Čekiškė , a town in the Kaunas Rajong municipality in Lithuania , was built in the 1890s.

The profaned synagogue in the style of historicism is a protected cultural monument .

After the Second World War , the building was used as a warehouse for the collective farm for a long time .

The brick masonry building stands empty today and is falling into disrepair.
