Rashi Synagogue (Troyes)
The Rashi Synagogue in Troyes , the administrative center of the Aube department in the Grand Est region , is located in the building at number 5 rue Brunneval. The synagogue was named after Rabbi Rashi , who lived and taught in Troyes in the Middle Ages .
The half-timbered house was built in 1561. After the renovations, the synagogue was inaugurated on March 27, 1966.
