System technology
As technology refers to various packaging technologies, but also a discipline of engineering. The term is mostly used in connection with microsystem technology . In contrast to microtechnologies, it means the connection of various individual modules of a system and their conception.

Systems engineering tries to approach the design of complex systems with a holistic approach, in contrast to the specialists who concentrate on the design of the subsystems.
