Tōru Matsumoto
Tōru Matsumoto ( Japanese 松本 徹 , Matsumoto Tōru ; born July 14, 1977 in Mie Prefecture ) is a Japanese badminton player .
Career
Toru Matsumoto finished second in the men's singles at the 2002 Japanese championship. A year later he won the Carebaco Championship . At the 2005 World Cup he was 17th in the men's doubles with Keishi Kawaguchi . In the same year both won the Peru International and came second in the Portugal International .
