WALLENBURG and MOMMEL were two two-axle narrow-gauge steam locomotives for 750 mm gauge from Trusebahn AG .

history

The two steam locomotives were built at Hagans in spring 1899 under factory no. 388 ( WALLENBURG ) and 389 ( MOMMEL ) built in Erfurt for the Trusebahn . They were already used as construction locomotives when the Trusebahn was built, but after opening proved to be too weak for regular train operations (especially for the transport of jacked up standard gauge freight cars). After the HENNEBERG was delivered in 1901, the two locomotives were mostly kept as reserve machines.

The WALLENBURG was shut down in 1910, the MOMMEL in February 1922.
