history

In 2002 TDM was founded in Naarden , Holland, followed by the merger with becom Informationssysteme GmbH in Schwerte in 2004 . On July 24th, 2006 the becom group bought the service provider Morse with nine locations in Germany and Austria. In September 2006, Morse GmbH was renamed inforsacom Informationssysteme GmbH. In February 2007 Parcom Capital, an ING subsidiary, joined TDM Holding, Holland. In addition, Comparex Nederlands was acquired. In September 2007, Comparex Deutschland GmbH and its German subsidiaries, including Comparex Services GmbH, were purchased. All German activities were bundled under the umbrella of TDMi Deutschland Holding GmbH. In December 2007 arxes NCC AG was bought and at the same time TDMi Deutschland Holding GmbH was brought into arxes NCC AG. On October 28, 2008, arxes NCC AG was renamed TDMi AG. In March 2009 the operational area of TDMi AG was outsourced to arxes GmbH, as was the sale of the arxes subsidiaries arxes Business Services GmbH and arxes Consulting GmbH to arxes GmbH.

On July 27, 2009, bankruptcy was filed for several group companies. The insolvency of Comparex Deutschland and Comparex Services GmbH also tore the parent companies TDMi Deutschland Holding and subsequently TDMi AG into insolvency. A lack of bank financing and a decline in sales in recent months have resulted in a tight liquidity situation for the group.

Arxes GmbH including subsidiaries, becom Informationssysteme GmbH and inforsacom Informationssysteme GmbH will continue to operate independently on the market.

On November 26th, 2009 Computacenter AG & Co. oHG bought becom Informationssysteme GmbH. Detlef Linde, the previous managing director of becom, has headed the independent division since then.

In October 2009, Allgeier IT Solutions took over the contractual relationships and assets of Comparex Services GmbH and the maintenance and service contracts of Comparex Deutschland GmbH . Comparex has been operating under the name Allgeier Data Center Services GmbH since then.

On January 27, 2010, inforsacom Informationssysteme GmbH was the last of the four main companies to break away from the TDMI group via a management buy-out, so that inforsacom is now independent again.
