Locomotives 11 and 12 of the Togo Railway (TE) were tank locomotives with the B wheel arrangement. They were built in 1904 by Henschel & Sohn under the serial numbers 6885 and 6886. They satisfied the particularly simple conditions imposed by the operation of the coastal railway ; however, they were too heavy to operate the landing stage in Lomé . The TE No. 13 locomotive with an enlarged wheelbase, which was 3.7 t lighter, was suitable for this. Later they were redrawn as 1 and 2 , in 1909 a triple-coupled locomotive supplied by Orenstein & Koppel was given the number 11.
