TV4 Sport
TV4 Sport is a private, free, Swedish sports channel. The channel is broadcast by the Swedish private broadcaster TV4 Group and shows sports and games programs, but also reality programs and documentaries . TV4 Sport owns the media rights for the UEFA Europa League in Sweden for the period from 2012 to 2015. In addition, the TV4 Group secured the media rights for the Swedish Football League for 2016 to 2019 to broadcast some games on TV4 Sport.
history
The channel was started on March 17, 2005 by the newspaper Expressen and operated under the name Sport Expressen . A year later, the TV4 Group acquired shares and became the majority shareholder. The channel was renamed TV4 Sport and relaunched on September 1, 2007. He replaced Eurosport in the analogue offer from Com Hem .
