TV Country was a digital pay TV station that broadcast German and English language country music .

From July 2009 the program could be received via Eutelsat KabelKiosk and the satellite television package “fernsehen für mich”. The station broadcast country music from the USA and Europe 24 hours a day and worked with independent producers in Germany and studios around the world. Moderated shows and music videos formed the basic framework.

Due to the lack of response, the channel was merged with the sister station Volksmusik TV . Therefore, the name of the sister station was changed to Deutsches Musik Fernsehen in order to also place country content. The change was made on February 1, 2011. The Italian channel Mediaset Premium now broadcasts on the former broadcasting slot of TV Country .
