TV Guide is a US biweekly program guide . The magazine contains mostly TV news, TV programs, interviews and TV lists.

The National TV Guide went on sale on April 3, 1953. The title page of the first edition featured Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz Jr.

In the early 1990s, TV Guide took over the Prevue Channel and renamed it the TV Guide Channel . The station shows talk shows , conversations with celebrities, advertisements and film trailers , among other things . Various TV lists are displayed at the bottom of the screen during the programs. The program on the TV Guide Channel is not very demanding, and so it can happen that the same program is broadcast several times a day.
