from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Tagma (Greek τάγμα, Pl. Τάγματα Tagmata "group, order, order") is called in biblical exegesis a prophetic enumeration of events that, according to the author, will happen in a certain order and lead to an end or salvation event expected in the future lead there. New Testament examples are a passage from Jesus' end-time speech Mk 13: 13-27  EU or a teaching by Paul 1 Cor 15: 22-28  EU , where the word is expressly used in verse 23 (Ἕκαστος δὲ ἐν τῷ ἰδίῳ τάγματι).
