Tajemnica Statuetki

Tajemnica Statuetki is a 1993 by Metropolis Software for DOS -based computers developed and published computer game of Adventure - genres . It was the first adventure game in Poland. Its plot revolves around the fictional Interpol agent John Pollack who tries to solve a mystery surrounding the theft of various antiques around the world.

While piracy was widespread in Poland, the game sold between 4,000 and 6,000 copies when it was released and became very popular in the country. Tajemnica Statuetki was praised for its act and was a cultural milestone that helped promote and legitimize the Polish video game industry despite minor criticism of game mechanics and audiovisual design.
