The Tallinna Jalgpalliklubi Legion ( TJK Legion for short ) is an Estonian football club from Tallinn . It was created on January 4, 2008 through the merger of the Tallinna JK and SK Legion Tallinn clubs . The Tallinna JK was founded in 1921 and re-established in 2001 after the dissolution in 1990, the SK Legion was founded in 2004. In the first season of 2008 they played in the II Liiga Ida / Põhi and made it to the Esiliiga , which is the second highest class in the country. Started as a fourth division in 2017, followed by three times ascent to the top division, the Meistriliiga , by 2020 .
