Talon in Dorney Park & Wildwater Kingdom ( Allentown , Pennsylvania , USA ) is a steel roller coaster model Inverted Coaster by the manufacturer Bolliger & Mabillard , which opened on May 5, 2001.

To make the railway quieter, the rails were filled with sand and the supports with gravel. The park's neighbors were affected by the noise of the railway and in return the park decided to implement this noise protection measure.

The drive

The 948 m long route begins with a 41 m high lift hill , which is followed by a predrop before the actual 37 m high, 50 ° steep descent. In addition to various curves and airtime hills, the track has four inversions : a 30 m high loop , a zero-G-roll , an Immelmann and a corkscrew .

Trains

Talon owns two trains with eight cars each. Four people (one row) can be seated in each car. The passengers must be at least 1.37 m tall to be allowed to ride. Shoulder straps are used as a restraint system.
