Taman (alternative name: Dayak Taman, Taman Dayak) is in the district of Kapuas Hulu in the province of Kalimantan Barat spoken language. It belongs to the Malayo-Polynesian languages . Except for Mbalo, the language is not closely related to any other language in Borneo. Adelaar and Himmelmann (2005) consider it more closely related to Buginese , a South Sulawesian language .
