Tanes
Tanes (Tañes) is a district of the municipality of Caso in Asturias , Spain. Essentially, it is a parish with the church of Santa María de Tanes and the surrounding area with the pumped storage power plant and reservoir . There are 215 residents, the area is 35 square kilometers . The reservoir serves to provide drinking water. The spot is part of a hiking route, but is also used by mountaineers and climbers for a stopover.
