Medal of Bravery (Russia)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The appearance of the medal "For Bravery" ( Russian Медаль "За отвагу" ) was almost unchanged from the Medal of Bravery of the Soviet Union when it was reintroduced by Russia on March 2, 1994 . Only the inscription СССР has been removed from the obverse. For the period from September 1, 2014, awards to soldiers and units who, according to reports, had been involved in the war in Ukraine since 2014 , became known.
