Tariff register
In tariff registers concluded in the Federal Republic are collective agreements listed and registered .
It is managed by the Federal Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs . The basis is § 6 TVG . The conclusion, amendment and cancellation of the collective bargaining agreements as well as the beginning and the end of the general application are entered in the tariff register.
Tariff registers are also kept at the labor ministries of the federal states. In addition, the collective bargaining parties also maintain their own collective bargaining documentation. The central collective bargaining archive of the DGB trade unions is managed by the Institute of Economics and Social Sciences in the Hans Böckler Foundation (WSI).
