Tauresium

Tauresium ( Macedonian Тауресиум , Greek Ταυρήσιον (Tavresion)), also known as Gradište (Градиште), is an archaeological site in North Macedonia , about 20 km southeast of the state capital Skopje . In 480 the Ostrogoth king Theodahad and around 482 the later Eastern Roman Emperor Justinian I was born here.
