technikboerse.com is an online marketplace for used machines or new machines from agricultural engineering , forestry technology, gardening and communal technology, viticulture technology and construction machine technology. According to its own information, it is the largest marketplace for agricultural machinery and agricultural technology in Europe and is aimed at private customers as well as agricultural technology dealers and manufacturers.

In addition, sales tools such as “eye catchers”, “top advertisements” and “page 1 advertisements” are available, which are intended to additionally promote the sale of used agricultural equipment. Since August 2019 it has been possible for farmers and private providers to create individual advertisements free of charge on the online marketplace.

As a member of the dlv Deutscher Landwirtschaftsverlag with 40 print and online media for agriculture, forestry, hunting and rural life, machines can also be advertised in the dlv print media.

Technikboerse.com traders place advertisements through UsedTecWorld, an international association of 14 agricultural publishers, in 21 European countries and translated natively into the respective national language. A contact person is available in every country for those interested in buying.

The technikboerse magazine comprises around 24 pages including editorial articles on the topic of used machine business and an advertising section for dealers. There are 2 issues a year - once in spring and once in autumn.

history

In 1995 technikboerse.com was founded by Peter Müller as a private individual company - initially as a fax service for comparing stocks (dealer to dealer). In 1998, the first digital used machine marketplace for agricultural technology was created on the Internet, with a focus on national dealers.

In 2008, Müller sold technikboerse.com to Deutsche Landwirtschaftsverlag (dlv). In 2009 there was a technological development to Zend Framework. In 2010, UsedTecWorld (international) was founded. In 2011 the white label activities were expanded (for example for the companies BayWa, atc-trader and Claas-Boerse Süd).
