Teddy Bill is a Franco-Belgian comic drawn in a realistic style by Étienne Le Rallic .

The western series with the character Teddy Bill as the title hero appeared for the first time in 1947 in the Belgian Tintin and its Dutch version Kuifje and in 1949 in the French edition of Tintin . The sequel stories followed directly Jojo cow-boy , a western adventure also by Étienne Le Rallic .

The publisher Michel Deligne published the albums in 1977 in a series specially dedicated to the artist.
