The prefix 376 is required to call a participant in Andorra from abroad . The area code 376 is dialed before the area code of the respective city code . Until December 1994, Andorra was part of the French telephone network. With the prefix 0628 you could call from France to Andorra or with + 33 628 from the rest of the world you could do this.
